What you will learn. This recipe is a fresh retake by our chef on the traditional French “Chicken Blanquette”. You will be adding exotic flavours like coconut, lemongrass or lime. The chef will teach you how to perfectly cook vegetables in a rich stock, and create a silky Tahitian sauce to accompany the most tender slow-cooked chicken. All this made from scratch!
