1 large onion
2 garlic cloves

4-5 fresh thyme sprigs

200g tinned chickpeas
120g coral lentils (orange colour)
250g tinned chopped tomatoes
2 ½ tsp Garam Masala spice mix
1 cube vegetable stock (or 1 litre fresh)
30g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
50ml olive oil
30ml rapeseed or sunflower oil
20g unsalted butter
4 slices wholemeal bread
