These terms and conditions apply to goods and services supplied to you – including your use of www.allcook.live (“our Website”) – by us, Digiters (“us”, “we”, “our”). Allcook.live is an innovative concept and brand owned by Alexandra Thorey, who leases it to Digiters free of charge on temporary bases till January 2021.
You should read, and ensure persons that you book into a cooking class are aware of and read, these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting our goods and services (e.g. booking a cooking class, or buying a voucher) as they set out your rights and the conditions on which we make those goods and services available to you. By requesting or using our goods and services, or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You should also read, and ensure persons that you book into a cooking class are aware of and read, our Privacy and Cookies Policy (to find out what kind of information we collect about you, how we use and safeguard such information and your rights and choices in relation to this), Terms for Competitions (if you are entering into a competition/prize promotion – these will also be available on our promotional posts about that competition/prize promotion), our Terms for Contributions if you are submitting content to us (e.g. as part of a competition/prize promotion), and any other terms that we notify you apply at the time such as terms and conditions applicable to offers and promotions. We reserve the right to cancel offers or promotions at any time and they are always subject to availability. While we try to make sure that our Website is accurate, up-to-date, free from bugs and always available for you to use without any interruptions, we can’t promise that it always will be.
